Technically the next millennium will be 1 January 2001. But most of you will celebrate the eve of the new millennium on the night of 31 December 1999 to 1 January 2000. Borneo Millennium is your project for our social and environment conscience. Although Borneo is enourmous in wealth, it is usually characterised by poor people living in marginal environment. Pause a moment before the big party that night on 31 December 1999 and why not;

• plant-a-tree-a-week,
• donate food to needy neighbours,
• make a positive contribution to your community,
• gave a bequest to an environmental group,
• leave a legacy to your favourite educational and  charitable groups in Borneo
